Teni Amadian & Alex Mardirossian
How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in California?
In most cases, two years from the date of the injury. Claims against a government entity must be filed within six months, and some situations have different deadlines — so contact us as soon as possible to protect your rights.
What does “no fee unless we win” mean?
If we do not recover money for you, you owe us nothing. If we win, our fee is a percentage of your recovery, agreed upon before we begin. You will never receive a bill from us for a lost case.
How much is my personal injury case worth?
It depends on the severity of your injuries, your medical bills, lost income, and the degree of the other party’s fault. Cases range from a few thousand dollars to millions. We evaluate every case individually at no charge.
Do I need to go to court for my personal injury case?
Most personal injury cases settle before trial. We negotiate aggressively to get you a fair settlement, but if the insurer refuses to pay what your case is worth, we are fully prepared to litigate.
What should I do if the insurance company contacts me after an accident?
Do not give a recorded statement or accept any offer without speaking to us first. Call AM Legal immediately and let us handle the insurer on your behalf.
