Teni Amadian is a personal injury attorney and a proud member of the Glendale Armenian community. She co-founded AM Legal with a simple belief: every client deserves direct access to an attorney who makes them feel understood.
A graduate of Southwestern Law School, Teni handles personal injury cases throughout Glendale, Alhambra, Burbank, and Los Angeles. She is fluent in Armenian and handles cases entirely in Armenian for clients who prefer it.

Teni Amadian grew up in the Glendale Armenian community and has deep roots in the neighborhoods she serves. She earned her B.S. in Business Law from Cal State Northridge before completing her J.D. at Southwestern Law School in 2022. She joined Alex Mardirossian as a law school extern, and what began as an externship grew into a full partnership after she graduated. Together, they built AM Legal to represent individuals and families who have been injured through no fault of their own, and who need advocates to help navigate a system that may not speak their language.
What sets Teni apart is her follow-through and attention to detail. She and Alex bring two sets of eyes to every case, and when she isn’t able to take a call herself, she makes it a personal point to call back. That’s not just a policy: it is how she believes law should be practiced.
